an assembly factory in the middle of nowhere – north-western Bavaria, Germany
VxRail servers for the project had been delivered.
Additional Equipment for each customer site was delivered too, Switches, Firewalls, more switches, racks and a truckload of cables.
So we laid the “New Foundation” for the customer in the upcoming year:
– Preparation of a rack in the assembly factory
– shipping of the fully installed rack to the destination site
– (more than once a dissasembly of an rack at the customer site, because preparations were a mess and the rack wouldn’t fit in the elevator)
– installing everything
– powering on the racks
– connecting to the customers existing environment
